The company was established in 1994 and although the name changed in 2006, the original founding member now serves as the primary polygraphist. Afri-Pulse as the company is now referred to was started to render polygraph examinations for clients in the private sector of South African security and retail industries. Although previously mainly concentrating on Corporate VIP protection and event security, our main focus has moved into a no-crime attitude, focusing on preventing and eliminating all elements of theft, fraud and corruption in these industries.
Afri-pulse currently deals with a group of Corporate’s, which includes MR Price Group, Vodacom, and ASP Africa. Our relationship with these companies has mainly been to provide an up-market exclusive corporate and events security service. All examiners are APA (American Polygraph Association) and SAPA(South African Polygraph Association) trained and accredited.
No Forensic Psycho physiologist employed by this company will enquire into the following:
• Religious beliefs and affiliations
• Beliefs and opinions with regards to racial matters.
• Political beliefs or affiliations
• Sexual preferences
• No pre-test assumptions about the innocence / guilt of a person
• No post-test recommendations regarding disciplinary actions to follow.
